• Award winning cast in place hillside terrace retaining walls, steps, cantilever beams, glass rail deck and over 200 CY of excavation slope reconstruction for William Skinner, AIA in Laguna Hills, CA
• Accessibility compliance at Lomarena Elementary, Laguna Hills, CA involving decorative handrails, concrete ramps, walkways & paving.
• Athletic field toilet facility lift station and duplex pump system, force main line, man holes, driveway and over 300 lf of sidewalk, storm drain and traffic striping adjustments, including City Public Works design and permits for accessibility compliance at Cielo Vista Elementary School in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA
• Multi-million dollar design / build rehabilitation of abandoned 180,000 SF industrial office / warehouse for new Insurance Auto Auction facility in Fremont, CA, including structural and plumbing repairs, new roofing, 200,000 of concrete, asphalt and gravel pavement

Interior Improvement Work

• Fast track mold remediation at College Country Shopping Center in Huntington Beach, CA involving temporary relocation and reinstallation of restaurant kitchen, and furnishings in (2) other stores, to preserve all tenant business operations.
• 6,000 SF design / build space demising and executive office tenant improvements for West America Construction Corporation, Guthy-Renker Corporation and Celebrity Consultants, LLC in Santa Monica, CA
• New wall and ceiling TV mounts, LCD Screens and DVD players, circuitry and cabling for the Pacoima Charter Elementary School in Pacoima, CA
• 50 foot operable partition wall with overhead steel beam support, accessibility and fire alarm upgrades in existing auditorium at Robinson Elementary in Trabuco Canyon, CA.
• Major bookstore and book circulation department interior remodel for the Newport Beach Central Library in Newport Beach, CA, including drywall partitions, custom doors, suspended ceiling, lighting and electrical, finish painting / staining.

Miscellaneous Projects

• Ongoing / IDIQ contracts for printing plant electrical modernizations at Deluxe Checks in Lancaster, CA; industrial site pavement, utilities, fencing and facility improvements for Insurance Auto Auctions in Anaheim, Gardena and Fontana, CA; and executive / creative office improvements for Guthy Renker Corporation in Santa Monica, CA
